She was predeceased by: her sibling John Czyzewski. She is survived by: her children, Debra Shields and Fred Mirzejewski (Sandy); her child-in-law Rob Shields; her grandchildren, Antionette Shields, Jaclyn Ford (Brandon), Kayton Mirzejewski and Matthew Mirzejewski; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Anna, Ava, Brandon, Jr. and Aidan; and her sibling Robert Czyzewski (Peggy). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
