She was predeceased by: her husband Avelino Leonen; her parents, Irineo Carbonel and Loretta Carbonel; and her siblings, Robert, Delmar and Lorraine Carbonel.
She is survived by: her children, James Leonen (Amanda), Ralph Leonen (Lisa), Lisa Leonen, Daniel Leonen, Elena Leonen, Angela Mitchell (John) and Steven Leonen (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jaime, Lauren, Maria, Gianna, Sofia, Julian, Jason, Meghan, Sara, Danilo, Johnny, Zach, Julianna, Greg, Hunter and Ava; her great grandchildren, Milana, Matteo, Nina, Kai and Remi; and her siblings, James, Ralph Carbonel, Rita Dimacale and Irene Trethan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
