He was predeceased by: his grandfather Nick Sacco. He is survived by: his spouse Tiffani Rota; his sons, Anthony and Dominic; his parents, Anthony Rota and Beverly Rota; his grandmother Edna; his brothers, Brandon Rota (Danielle), Frank Rota (Kathy) and Anthony Rota; his siblings-in-law, Andrew Kowasa (Christina), Kyle Rowland and Brittani Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Mackenzie, Madison, Marco, Amanda, Nicholas, Abigail, Samantha, Brooke, Mariah, Hayden and Kaylie. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be payable to Beverly Rota, c/o of the funeral address, to help assist Dominic's children.
