She was predeceased by: her siblings, Butch Muller (Edith), Sonny Muller, Charlotte Stefanow (Bob), Howard Muller, Shirley Woody and Anthony Muller.
She is survived by: her husband James W. Slade, Sr.; her children, James W. Slade, Jr. (Karen) and Linda Tomarchio (Dan); her grandchildren, Tara Gabbianelli (Mike), Brian Tiley (Nicole) and James W. Slade, III (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Haley of Michael, III, Ava, Stella, Ivy and Taylor. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
