He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Pennock; his son Ricky Vernacchio of Williamstown; his granddaughter Tammy; and his siblings, Charles "Sonny" Pennock, Lee Pennock, Mickey Pennock and Debbie Knecht.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Lerch (Tom), Theresa Boyd (Jim), Lisa Rohm (Karl) of Gibbsbtown, Gloria Saul (Jeff) of Deptford and Edward Pennock Jr. (Jan) of Williamstown; his grandchildren, Betty, Tommy, Julie, Angelic, Katie, Andre, Nicholas, Ricky, Kate, Jesse and Michael; his great grandchildren, Ada, Sherilyn and Zack; his great great grandchild Jayci; and his sisters, Charlotte Fallon and Sandra Brunges. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
