It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Helen Devlin of Williamstown, New Jersey, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles J. Devlin, Sr.; her sons, Charles J. Devlin, Jr. (Kathy) and Michael Devlin (Debbie); her grandchildren, Briana, Jim, Shane, Charles III, Jenine, Jeremy, Angie, Katherine and Brandon; and her brother Fred Kershaw III (Bernie).
