He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Ruppert and Naomi Ruppert. He is survived by: his wife Elfriede S. Ruppert; his children, Suzanne Ruppert, William Ruppert and Michele Ruppert-Pabon (Edward); his grandchildren, Gina, Joelle, Nicholas, Alyssa, Jared and Baron; and his brothers, Joseph Ruppert (Lynda), Charles Ruppert (late Christine), James Ruppert (Elaine) and George Ruppert (Christina). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
