He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Garro; his children, Barbara Wingate (Sean), Shannon Fisher (Brian), James Garro (Christina), Nicholas Garro, Matthew Garro, Curt Knoedler (Erin), Scott Knoedler (Nikki) and Joseph Knoedler (Alison); and his brother Louis Robert Garro (Regina).
