He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Agnes; his children, Elisabeth, Kathryn, James and Tobias John; his parents, Alan Eddowes and Elizabeth Eddowes; and his siblings, Geoffrey, Rebecca Ganz and Heather Molyneux.

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made payable to the "Trust for the Education and Maintenance of the Eddowes Children" and mailed to Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Turnersville, NJ 08012.
