He was predeceased by: his father John S. Chmielewski, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Kristen Bruno (Anthony); his mother Barbara Chmielewski; and his brother Andrew Chmielewski (Laura). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
