It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia A. Welsh of Williamstown, New Jersey, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Renner and Teresa Renner; her daughter Melissa Toomey; and her grandchild Arya. She is survived by: her children, William R. Toomey (Kathleen March), Thomas Starner, Brian Starner and Katelyn Welsh; her grandchildren, Aryana, Liam, Annabella, Ava and Jonah; and her siblings, William Renner (Debbie), Terry Harris (Ralph), Patricia Renner and James Renner. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
