She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent B. Alestra; and her daughter Joanne Alestra Lindner. She is survived by: her grandchild Love; her children, Linda Alestra Messina (Bob), Joseph Alestra (Dianne), Vincent Alestra (Kim) and Catherine Alestra Greathouse (James); her grandchildren, Stephanie Helms (Scott), Louis Cataldi (Meghan), Nicholas Alestra (Essie), Vinnie Alestra, Jessica DiGennaro (Zach), Katherine Larwa, Anthony Alestra, Ryan Graves, Timmy Alestra and Jake Alestra; and her great grandchildren, Carly Helms, Magnolia DiGennaro and Eleanor Digennaro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
