She is survived by: her children, Marsha Lafayee Johnson, Duane Adrian Collins, Keith Carlyle Collins, Horace Johnson, Terrell Johnson, Cynthia Denise Johnson, Melton Johnson, Rhonda Gayle Johnson and Donna Michele Johnson; her former spouse Sidney Fagan; her husband Edward W. Fields; her children, Sisilea E. Fagan, Nikkia C. Fields, Eric A Fields and Edward W. Fields Jr.; her siblings, Dr. Duane A. Collins (Angela), Keith C. Collins, Horace Johnson, Terrell Johnson, Cynthia D. Johnson, Rhonda G. Johnson-Hudson (Orlando), Donna M. Johnson and Marissa Booker; her aunt Margret Flintroy; and her uncle Donald Johnson (Elaine). She is also survived by grandchildren; awesome nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in-laws and a host of relatives and friends.
