She was predeceased by: her brother Vincent. She is survived by: her children, Mark Jacoby (Donna), Lynne Donahue (Tom), Anne Gibson (Vince), Bruce Jacoby (Monika), Richard Jacoby (Cathy), James Jacoby (Tammy) and Robert Jacoby; her stepchildren, Anne DiMatteo (Michael) and Eric Hensgen (Sharon); and her siblings, Sister Mary Dora McGrath, Margaret Dauxerre (Michel), Eileen McGrath, John and Francis McGrath. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
