He was predeceased by: his sibling John; his sibling-in-law Howard Schmidt; and also, Florence and John Duffy. He is survived by: his spouse Mary E. Duffy; his siblings, Thomas (Kathy), Denise (Jim), Jimmy, Sissy and Joey; his siblings-in-law, Patty Duffy, Betty Bandura (John), Kay Stark (Suranto) and Raemarie Schmidt; and his daughter Danielle Kulik. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
