Randy Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Carter (Williamstown, New Jersey), who passed away on June 2, 2018, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Diane Landsberry, Gloria Carter and Mary Janton. He is survived by: his parents, Jill Leising (Jeff) of Williamstown and Christopher Carter (Regina) of Williamstown; his siblings, Ryan Carter of Runnemede and Kristina Carter of Williamstown; his grandfather Fred Leising of North Carolina; and his stepgrandfathers, Errol Landsberry of Sewell and Walter Janton of Williamstown. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
