He is survived by: his wife Christina; his mother Patricia Eby; his stepfather Edison Eby; his father John Piacentino; his sons, Caleb and Thomas; his siblings, Faith "Sissytino" Piacentino, James Piacentino and Edison Eby Jr.; and his stepson Derrick Helget (Joan Notaro). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
