He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Miller, Virginia Marchuk and Frank Dadura. He is survived by: his wife Josephine M. Velie; his child Thomas H. Velie; and his siblings, Sharon Lewis, Trudy Barbour and Horace Velie.
