She was predeceased by: her spouse Edward N. Welch. She is survived by: her children, Alan, Lawrence, Deborah, Kimberly, Shelly and Craig; her grandchildren, Kiesha, Ammon, Alexandra, Amanda and Angelica; and her siblings, Carolyn Houston, Janice Parkinson, Bernard Williams and Anthony Williams.
