He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton DeJean and Joan DeJean. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; and his siblings, Sandy Newsome, Sharon Love, Robert DeJean, Patricia Noble and David DeJean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All services were privately held, and donations can be made in Douglas' name to the American Liver Foundation.
