Stout Sr. of Windsor, New Jersey, born in Hopewell, New Jersey, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Stout and Frances Stout. He is survived by : his wife Constance B. Stout; his children, Gail Snook, Donald Stout, Catherine Morris, Robert (Kathy Stout), Daniel (Barbara Stout), Richard (Debbie Stout) and Charles Stout, Jr.; and his brother Howard Stout. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
