He was predeceased by : his parents, Encarnacion Tirado and Eladio Melendez Tirado. He is survived by : his children, Wilfredo Tirado, Carmen Matthews and Mirna Gomez; and his grandchildren, Jessie Tirado, Jasmine Matthews, Julio Soto, Carmen Ambrose, Tanya Gomez, Jose Gomez and Jeremy Gomez. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
