He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seniakevgch and Anna Seniakevgch; and his sons, John Seniakevgch III, David Seniakevgch and Anthony Seniakevgch.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Kollar Seniakevgch; his daughter-in-law Shelley Seniakevgch; his grandchildren, Amie, David Jr., Anthony and Eric (Kate Seniakevgch); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Jared, Ashton, Kyle, Adam and Reagan Seniakevgch.
