He is survived by: his wife Dawn Sivak; his children, Jacqueline Mancuso (Michael) and Randall Sivak; his grandchildren, Damien Barnes, Nicholas and Makayla Mancuso; and his sister Martha Zani.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paul may be made to Lupus Foundation of America.
