He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodbridge Mayor John J. Cassidy and Marguerite Blanchard Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Castles Cassidy; his sons, James Cassidy (Jennifer Accetta) of Sewaren and Michael Cassidy (Mary); and his grandsons, Patrick and Daniel Cassidy.
