She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Rafter and Margaret Rafter; and her daughter Erin Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, Sean Buchanan, Meghan Clements (Billy) and Christopher Buchanan; her brothers, Ken Rafter (Sandy), Billy Rafter (Debbie) and Brian Rafter (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Abigail and Cian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program at Gift of Life Donations.
