He is survived by: his wife Rita De Roos; his son Joseph De Roos; his mother Patricia Brinkerhoff; and his sisters, Laurie Ann Walsh and Patricia De Roos.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel (470 Colfax Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint James of the Marches RC Church (410 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (58 McLean Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07513). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
