He is survived by : his children, Steven Russel, Georgeann Tighe, Chelsey Keen, Brandon Mendez, Roy Mendez and BobbiLee Mendez; and his siblings, Rosa Patterson, Mayra Laporte, Ada Rosado, Angel Mendez Sr., Jose Mendez, Norma Boatright and Angela Mendez. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
