He is survived by : his wife Donna; his son Samuel Jr. (Nicole); his grandchildren, Emma, Layla and Crew; and his siblings, Patricia Terres (Keith), Kathy Tortorice (Perry), Michael Zeilman (Judy) and Mark Zeilman (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
