She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert H. Hoffmann. She is survived by: her children, Robert S. Hoffmann (Paula) of Franklin Lakes, Richard D. Hoffmann (Maria) of White Plains, NY and Regina M. Hoffmann (Richard Knight) of Montreal; and her grandchildren, Robert V. Hoffmann of Montclair, James S. Hoffmann of Boston, MA, Nicholas J. Hoffmann of Franklin Lakes, Marisa Hoffmann of White Plains and Domenic Hoffmann of White Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Christian Health Care Center or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
