He was predeceased by: his brother Duane Voorman; and his parents, Raymond Voorman and Clara Voorman. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Honore, Kotler (Kirby) of Malibu, CA, Erika Cassetta (Mitchell) of Galloway, NJ and Raymond Adrian Voorman, Jr.; his significant other Kim of Hoboken, NJ; his granddaughters, Ava Jeanne and Kirra Ray; and his sister Jane Baker (Stuart) of Holland, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
