We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2024, at the age of 77, Patricia Lynn Rudd Fulmer of Alamogordo, New Mexico, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Vernal LaFond Rudd (Dolly) and Donald H. Rudd; her former life partner Thomas W. Parrish of Feb; her son Col. Michael Parrish; her grandsons, Nicholas (Allison), Zachary, David and Samuel Parrish; her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Daxton, Emberly, Jensen and Ruby Faye Parrish; her husband Charles Fulmer; and her siblings, Nancy Alejo (Thomas), Susan Tucker (Billy), Therese Michelle Aguirre and Timothy Joseph Rudd (Cynthia). She was also cherished by ten nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
