Chavez Jr (Daniele); her grandchildren, Violet, Tres and Rosie of Wichita Falls, Texas; her son Don Diego Martinez; her grandchild Apollo of Wichita Falls, Texas; her daughter Sara Marie Martinez (Jesse Esquivel); her grandchild Nehemiah; her child Michael Martinez (Vanessa); her grandson Nolan; her siblings, Lorri Sedillo (Martin) of Albuquerque, Joseph Rael and Roger Rael of Raton; and her former life partner Adam P. Martinez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
