Though Nellie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Devon Chabot-Richards, Gary Chabot and Ann Marie Hofmann; her grandchildren, Miranda Chabot, Tristan Hofmann, Allison Hofmann and Linna Richards; and her parents, W. Wendall Smith and Francis Smith. She was also cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren.
