He is survived by: his parents, Francis R. Sullivan and Celeste Sullivan; his sibling Richard; his wife Nance Crow-Sullivan; his children, David Tod (Charity), Zelda, Roland and Malli Saunders (Mike); his brother Rick (Mary); his son Michael Sullivan; his sister Pam; and his children, Kelly McCloskey-Romero (Ricardo Romero), Celeste, Felicia, Gabriela, Dan McCloskey (Priscilla), Keith, Helen, Tom Tumolillo Jr, Amedeo Tumolillo, Beth Marr, Sydney and Trevor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to The National Museum of Nuclear Science and History, the New Mexico Philharmonic Orchestra and Habitat for Humanity.
