He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juanita, Pedro Lovato, William and Rayitos Ortega; his parents, Kate Lovato and Juan B Lovato; his niece Jeanette Rae Lovato; and his great-nephew John Paul Martinez Jr. Bobby.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tomas Lovato (Pauline) and Jane Quintana; his nieces and nephews, Krystal Garcia (Isaac), Sonya Lovato, Savannah Atencio (Henry), Gloria Lovato (Carlos), Amber Marquez (Marcos) and Cruz Quintana (Savannah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Karyssa, Jakob Garcia, Noah Atencio, Anthony, Juanito, Annalyah, Rayannna Martinez, Domian Gallegos, Jonah Marquez and Luke Quintana. He is also survived by many cousins/relatives and friends.
