She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee Reese Jr. and Lila Simms Reese; her husband Herb; and her sister Jane Reese Heinsch. She is survived by: her former husband Herbert Spencer; her daughters, Beverlee Lanning (David) of Roswell, Kary Ross (Robert) of Searcy, Arkansas and Bobbie Mohler (Gary) of Warsaw, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lanning (Megan) of Mansfield, Texas, R. Taylor Ross (Elizabeth) of Searcy, Arkansas, Amanda Fletcher Furbee of Portland, Oregon, Spencer Ross (Becca) of Searcy, Arkansas and Christopher Fletcher (Karmen) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. She is also survived by her husband and parents.
As a special tribute, her family (now 35 members) plans to memorialize her life by returning to Hawaii in the summer, 2021. The family extends special gratitude towards those who skillfully and lovingly cared for our mother during the last trying years of her life, including COVID.
