It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Bedingfield of Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Shirley Havens, Richard Havens and Buddy Havens; her nephew Ray Dale Havens; and her great grandchild Jaylon Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Chavez (Joe) of Artesia, Michael Harrison (Connie) of Pinon and Kim Harrison (Judy) of Lake Arthur; her stepchildren, Cindy Bedingfield, Curtis Bedingfield and Della Bedingfield; her brother James Havens (Nedra) of Pinon, NM; and her grandchildren, Staci Guy (Reggie) of Lubbock, TX, Erin Earl (Jarrod) of Lubbock, TX, Justin Harrison of Pinon, NM, Shana Olivas (Adrian) of Artesia, Hayley Harrison of Artesia and Hayden Harrison of Artesia. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, the preferred way to honor her memory is to "pay it forward.".
