He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spencer and Ines Butler Spencer; his sister Bonnie Murphy; and his daughter-in-law Carolyn Spencer. He is survived by: his spouse Bettie King; his children, Randy Spencer (Kris) of Artesia, David Spencer of Artesia, Kathy Spencer and Tracie Cronk of Waco, Texas; and his stepdaughters, Diane Schultz (Frank) of Arlington and Vicki Wilburn (Garlyn) of China Spring, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
