He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tapia; and his children, Lucille Wietzema (Jake), David Tapia and Jonathan Tapia. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joe will be interred with his wife, Margaret, at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, but due to COVID-19 restrictions in the state of New Mexico, Joe's service is limited to the immediate family. There are a very limited amount of attendees allowed at the National Cemetery due to COVID-19 restrictions, so please abide by the wishes of the family and do not take up the few spaces allowed for attendees.
