He is survived by : his sons, Randy Swagerty (Dianna) of Clayton, NM., Tom Swagerty (Jill) of Clayton, NM. and Danny Swagerty (Hilma) of Clayton, NM.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
