We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jim Mayfield of Clayton, New Mexico. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Christopher Mayfield and Gracie Louetta Irwin Mayfield; his siblings, David Mayfield, Christine Mayfield and Carmen Belle Mayfield Boucher; and his daughter Lorri Ann Mayfield Montoya.

He is survived by : his wife Clarice Arlene Baker; his children, Marty Mayfield (Holly) and Valeetah Mayfield of Plainview, Texas.; his son-in-law Lorenzo Montoya; and his grandchildren, Matthew Mayfield, Wesley (Gracie Mayfield), Michael (Michelle Gard), Bradley (Krista Gard), Jeremy (Sarah Howard), Andrew (Taylor Howard), Benjamin, Andres Montoya, Zachary (Lindsey Butt) and Christine (Aaron Price).

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Union County General Hospital in Clayton.
