She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Carl Newlon and Jeanne Newlon of Sedan, NM.; her husband Charles Carroll; her siblings, David Newlon (Charlene) of Texline, Janice Rinker (Gary) of Clayton, Janet Coburn (Roger) of Albuquerque and Kendall Newlon of Sedan; and her nieces and nephews, David, Nathan, Charla, Jason, Amanda, Dane and Lorie. She was also cherished by Great nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
MEMORIALS: The family asks that memorials be made in Sandra's memory to either the Sedan Community Center or to the Harrington Cancer Center in Amarillo, Texas.
