He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Wallace Palmer and Ora Thelma McKee Palmer (McKee); and his siblings, Amy Juleatha Garrison, Moyie Carol Herriman and Alvin Dale Palmer.

He is survived by : his wife Jean Palmer; his sons, Dale Wallace Palmer (Sandy), Shawn Damon Palmer (Tabby) and Brett Trevors Palmer (Kassie); his siblings, Larry Don Palmer (Pam), Jerry Dee Palmer (Opal), Mary Margaret Palmer-Garrison and Ora Jane Palmer-Reynolds; his grandchildren, Tawni, Mason, Cheyenne, Chad, Kandi (Kevin), Kyiah, Riley Jean, Trista and Mathew; and his great grandchildren, Kara, Autumn, Jordan, Emery, Jayton, Anjelica, Josslyn and Kaydence.

MEMORIALS: The family asks that memorials be made in Wallace's memory to either the First Baptist Church of Clayton, PO Box 87, Clayton, New Mexico 88415 or to the First Baptist Church of Cactus in Etter, PO Box 100, Cactus, Texas 79013 or to the Dalhart Cowboy Church, 414 Rock Island Ave., Dalhart, Texas 79022.
