He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Ann Webster and William Adams Cowley (Bill); his wife Pat; his daughters, Lucinda Cowley of Brigham City, UT and Robin Cowley of West Jordan, UT.; his brother Carter; his pets, Opie, Austin, Wilbur and Mazie; his sons, Doug and Wade; and his brother Gary.
