With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aletta Yates (Deming, New Mexico), born in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 19, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aletta Yates to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Bishop and Jennie C. Bishop (Edwards); her siblings, Jenitta, Floyd, Joe and Ronnie; and her daughter Paula Hibner.
She is survived by: her husband James "Mutt" Yates; her children, Donna Whitehead (Mike) of Roswell and Jay (Shelly Yates) of Deming; and her grandchildren, Jody, Melanie, Darby, Christalle, Myles, Nick, Jennifer, Kimberly, Jayme, Amber, Ira and Zay. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
