He was predeceased by: his parents, Ysabel Escobar and Basilia Escobar; his sons, Ernie and Raul Y. Escobar; and his brothers, Vicente, Luis and Gaspar.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Escobar; and his children, Patricia "Patty" Escobar, Sylvia E. Perez (Johnny), Robert Y. Escobar (Sylvia) and Steve Escobar (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great-great granddaughters; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At this time there will be no funeral services due to the pandemic, the family is taking phone calls only.
