He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Upton and James Upton (Laurie Upton). He is survived by: his brothers, David Upton (Betty) of North Carolina, Dean Upton of North Carolina, Kacy, Craig, Serena, Christy and John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
