He is survived by : his wife Winona Harber Williams; his children, Mark Williams (Margie), Teresa Serna (Melvin) and Leslie Dugger; and his grandchildren, Jo Garrison, Eric Williams, Lorraine Palmer, Stefanie Gonzales, Krista Gray and David Dugger.
