It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Williams of Farmington, New Mexico, born in Fairfax, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Williams (Doc) and Nellie Williams; his sister Juanita Matlock; and his daughter Kelly (Jimmy Palmer). He is survived by : his wife Winona Harber Williams; his children, Mark Williams (Margie), Teresa Serna (Melvin) and Leslie Dugger; and his grandchildren, Jo Garrison, Eric Williams, Lorraine Palmer, Stefanie Gonzales, Krista Gray and David Dugger.
