He was predeceased by : his wife Kelly; his parents, Richard "Jim" Palmer and Margie Christensen Palmer (Christensen); his brother John Rhudy; and his stepbrother Scott Palmer.
He is survived by : his daughter Loraine "Lori" Palmer; his stepmother Jessie Palmer; his stepsiblings, Marla, Jeff Smaka, Maridee, Boyd Hunter and Mark Palmer; and his parents-in-law, James, Winona Williams, Teresa, Melvin Serna, Mark, Margie Williams and Leslie Duggar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to either the Susan G. Komen For the Cure or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
